What turbo SIZE???!

Alright!?
I want to do a single turbo conversion, but I do NOT want severe turbo lag. I'd like to keey my 94 tt in the 5-600 whp scene. Does anyone have any imput as to what size turbo would be best for the 5-600 whp range with a minimal amount of turbo lag??
