89 Supra Basket Case

Looking for wiring info. In the engine bay, two terminals, each has tewo wires connected to them. Each are white with brown stripes. They are ring terminals, the type that you would connect to a stud of some type.

is this under the intake manifold?

if so they bolt to the intake manifold and are the grounds for your ecu
