Why so tight?
I just finished replacing the upper heater hose on my MKIII. Why is the engine compartment so tight. Such a simple task and I had to take Monday off work cuz my hands were swollen like ballons and my body was shaped like an L from leanin over the fender so long. I mean, really, did they have to put the hose clamp right against the firewall? This ain't the first time I've run into this. everything I work on is a bit*h to get at. What were they thinking, those japs? Does everyone run into this or am I just mechanically challenged? Well, thanks for lettin me blow off some steam, ha ha that's what my car was doin till I fixed it.
