400HP? Why not 600?
Here's my plan for 600 hp
Toyota 7MGT Engine Buildup for 600+ HP Block Components: JE 7.5:1 low comp pistons Total-Seal Piston Rings . Stock Con rods Race prepared. Crankshaft Race prepared. block Bored and honed with torque plate. ARP Main stud kit for extra block rigidity. ARP Head stud kit. Clevite77 Rod and Main bearings. full engine gasket set. HKS 1mm Stopper type gasket. Stock flywheel lightened, Surfaced, stepped, zero balanced Complete rotating assembly electronically balanced Cylinder Head and Intake Buildup: Head cleaned, blasted, and pressure tested before any work is performed. Nothing works better than the stock camshafts in a 7MGT. You can move the power around but you will not make more power. Heads are Turbo Ported and polished Chambers are CC’d and polished. Intake manifold Match Ported to the head Stock throttle body is enlarged 5mm over stock. Intake manifold match ported to larger throttle body. All new valve guides installed. Valves replaced as needed. All valves 2000 degree high heat coated. Heavy duty valve springs. 3 angle racing valve job. Hand lap and back-cut an all valves. Valves adjusted and all shim work done. Blanchard grind head surface. New Timing Belt Adjustable Camshaft gears ( Slider Type ) . programmable engine management system, 660 injectors, 62-1 or T66 Turbo, Upgraded Intercooler and plumbing, Racing bov valve, (2) Bosch racing fuel pumps. Turbo System Components: Turbocharger upgrades: T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo unit Up to 375 HP T04E Turbo upgrade Fast spooling unit for up to 450 hp applications T04B Turbo upgrade 60-1, 62-1, T66 Turbochargers . Applications up to 800 HP Fuel system upgrades: (TEC-II or HALTECH E6 full EMS . HALTECH F9A reprogram curves. HKS Turbo Timer DONT FORGET THE SUSPENSION BRAKES AND TRANSMISSION. NO POINT IN MAKING POWER IF YOU CANT STOP/ TURN AND GET IT TO THE GROUND
