Is this possible?

I have a BHG in my(automatic EWW) 7m-GTE and was looking around and found 2 different potential swaps if the engine has gone to hell which is the worse case scenario. I looked at the 1JZ-GTE and the 2JZ-GTE (both come with ECU, 5spd MT, and engine obviously) Would either of these be a possible swap into my 1987 Toyota supra 7m-GTE?

Please, any feedback would be very helpful.

P.S. If this is possible is there anything I'd need to do first?
