head gasket check

I not sure the head gasket is blown and I dont want to tear it down and open the head and have to replace it any way when I break the seal. I have heard you can put air into the spark plug holes and it will tell you if the exhaust valve is bent or stuck open if air comes out the tail pipe and if it comes from the dip stick or oil filler hole it could be a intake valve,

but I dont know for shure about air that leaks from the oil filler hole or dip stick and if it comes from between the other cylinders please some one tell me what they mean and if there is another procedure to do to check if it is the head gasket is blown, and when I got the car a while ago first I checked the oil filler cap for mayonase and the dip stick they were both clean
