You can fit both in ur car
If ur trying to buy the cone air filter You need to buy a 3" adapter to bolt to the mass air, But I dunt know how you're comparing a turbo, and a filter, That's like asking, which one is better I want to go fast, so which one should I get A go-ped or a big bike

If you are talking about the "turbo" kits to put in the intake system, forget that.......they don't work,
and that's all I have to say about that.
