Our masters here have outlawed the old freon also. Over here they came out with this stuff called I believe R134A which you can retrofit your current AC to use. I don't know if they have it across the pond. Myself, I use 380. That is, I open my 2 windows and moonroof and do 80 mph whenever possible.
