7mgte - Any suggestions?

Hey everybody,

I've been searching all over the internet for a place that I can buy a cheap 7mgte. I can't find anything below $800. I know that is a fair price, but sadly, it's beyond my price range at this point in time. (Hopefully you guys can understand the obsession to improve one's car enough to understand that my obsession remains even though I don't currently have the dough)

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find cheaper engines, or if anyone might have some "inside information" on where I could get a good cheap one. Thanks a lot.

It is almost impossible to find a 7mgte engine for less than $800, at least in good condition. Maybe going to a junkyard but that's the only way you could find that engine for cheap. That $800 engine sounds good and just wait a bit and save up because there are going to be a lot of things to replace on them( head gaskets, pulleys,oil,turbos, etc)
