Default Just saying hello to everyone!

Well to start off, Hello everyone, not new to Toyotas but certainly new to the supra. =) Picked up my MKIII about a week ago and shes almost ready to run, just need an exhaust and get it inspected.

Will post some pics as soon as I get a hold of my sisters digi cam.

Oh I may as well ask while I have my first thread open.

On the gauge cluster. There is a wierd light I have never seen while owning a Toyota. Maybe it is just a Supra thing but, on the left side of the tach a yellow light is on to what seems to look like a radiator. Any clues?

Thanks in advance!

You would probably be right that its a supposed to be a radiator. Its the low coolant light. Took me forever to figure that one out. Everyone here calls it the Birdcage.
fun stuff, and good luck w/ the car

Thanks guys, I actually found some of that info on another thread reffering to a blown head gaskets. Can someone tell me where it is suppos to be located, I dont seem to find one on mine, or its not on the usual location at least at the same place I normally find the over flow. If your looking from the front, it should sit to the left of the dizzy right?

Thanks in advance guys.

Thumbs up This is helpful

Here is a link to the Supra Handbook, it shows all the lights and gauges on the dash http://www.brandwood.net/supra/handbook/index.html . The overflow is can be found by following the hose from the radiator neck to a small plastic bottle in the front of the car on the drivers side. That is what the weird light is saying needs to be topped off, not the radiator.
