Dipped window trim on '82 deteriorating
Hello,
I am new to the forum. I have a 1982 Supra in great mechanical condition but in need of exterior work. It just needs a bit of body work (my 16 year old daughter a few years back) and a paint job. My main concern right now is what to do with the black exterior window trim that was initially dipped, not painted. The black coating is cracking off to reveal the chrome finish under it. What is the best way to deal with this. Is it easy to take this exterior trim off to work on it? Thank you, Red |
