I just put a new engine into my mk3 a 1G-GEU, now it got no balls at all, runs and start fine, when i put my foot down i can feel it being held back ALOT!!!!!!! I think it not getting enough fuel or air... any one got any ideas????

Codes??? what does that mean??? sorry im i bit ignorant, this is the first fuel injected car i have worked on. I only replaced the head and the block. everything else is from the car.

but wait did the 1G have a diagnostic box like the 7mgte does? but on the 7m, connect the ts and e1 terminals on the diagnostic box and check the blinking check engine light count it for a code 25 it will blink like !! !!!!! code 35 !!! !!!!! u get the picture, try it and let us know
