this is a flywheel it has teeth around the edge for the starter to grab when you turn the key the battery gives juice to the stater which turns this flywheel and makes the engine start , it's at the end of the motor inside the transmission bell housing

oh i get it now! I want a green fly wheel in my supra thx heaps
