Well, who ever wants to set one up may... they need to find the product, then the vendor or manufacturer and work out pricing with them. Pricing, naturally, depends on how many people end up buying. Then write it all up and let me know and I'll discuss it with the other admins and if it's approved you're good to go. Management of the group buy is up to the person who's arranged it.

Group buys are difficult for small sites... it's hard to find a product which enough members are willing to commit to buying. Headers for example isn't likely to work out as: each of us running a turbo'd 7M may have different plans, needs or may already have an aftermarket; it's not compatible with any of the other Supra engines; there aren't very many turbo 7M owners on here. Unless you know and are in quite well with a manufacturer it is unlikely you'll get much of a deal.

But by all means, go forth and window shop and if you find something of interest and the vendor is interested go ahead and post a feeler thread to see how many people are interested. If it's specific to a certain generation Supra, go ahead and post it in that generation's forum.
