So, um... I know I used to be able to add my own avatar, but I can't figure out where I need to go to change it to another custom one.

I can find the 4 pages of generic ones in the User CP, but where'd the box go that lets me upload my own?

I don't know what is up with that, but mods and admins have to do it in there.
