Default Hale from CO

I purchased am 88 Turbo from Indiana a few weeks ago. Until recently I haven't seen many other MKiii's around the Denver Metro area. After I picked up my car I have seen a very sharp red N/A in Westminster, a black 90'ish on Tower road in Aurora (somewhat near my home), and sanded down monstrosity with what looks like a grill from a 90's model Jeep Cherokee.

Anyone else in this area have supra's sleeping in their garage? I have seen a couple of MKIV N/A's and I didn't see any at the Colfax Cruise or BM Speedway at the KBPI event.

Whoever has the black Supra in Aurora.. Im finding you and "borrowing" your charcoal door molding!

There isn't a very tight knit community in the Denver area (not the rest of CO) when it comes to the Supra. The closer you get to the coast the bigger the groups you find... I suspect this is largely due to those areas having had the greatest number sold.

Check out the Toyota/Lexus annual owner's meet which is held in Castle Rock, you're going to see the biggest turn out there.

Haven't had a MKIII for a while now, but "Hi" from a former MKIII owner.

Thanks cre, Ill have to check that out. I saw another one down in Deckers driving around with an old NSX yesterday. I know a few clean supra's exist around this area.

In another post you suggested that a hydraulic shop could possibly create some high pressure hoses. Do you have a suggestion for me in the local area?

Locally there's:

Pirtek hoses and assemblies. Excellent for custom lines, incl. high pressure hoses. They also carry 1/8BSP fittings; This is what fits the oil pressure sender port and the unused port ahead of it... they're actually not BSP but it fits well enough and seals. Affordable work/parts and they're very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't normally work on automotive applications so sometimes you need to explain very clearly what you need a hose for and what issues there may be with certain components.

M-F 9-5 or so.

Peterson Fluid Systems for premade components, fittings and adapters. They may make hoses too but Pirtek is much closer to me. They should be able to get oil filter adapter plates, filter heads and such as well, but you'll probably find better prices online.

M-F 9-5 or so.

OnTrack Perfoemance.... Decent for odds and ends and RedLine and Royal Purple products. They carry a decent stock of the more common A/N fittings. Their service is pretty crap though and it doesn't matter if you're a shop who needs to find a part ASAP or just the average Joe walking in off the street... Don't be surprised if you end up circling the little showroom for 30 minutes while the two sales reps chat it up with a buddy.

Hours: I don't remember but they're not late and may or may not be open on weekends.
