Default Fuck toyota 4.7

i will never do another timing belt on a iforce 4.7 (2UZ-FE) ever in my life. that was the most difficult timing ive done on any vehicle. fuck.

hey there are worse out there. try doing a timeing belt on a crysler sebring

Wow.... I've never worked on a 2UZ so I can't really comment but it's driven you to creating the most passionate thread title I've seen on here in a long while so it must be a real gem.

its about the same on a 1uzfe. its really not bad at all.

what was your trouble??

Honestly just the tension of the belt and aligning the cams to the mark trying to keep everything level just sucked. My 7M was a breeze compared to that motor. That's all lol. Im so glad my new 5.7 tundra is a chain
