hubs
are the hubs always locked in or do you have to lock them in manually?
if they are manual then there is a turn knob on the wheels that you have to turn befrore the four wheel drive will work. hope this helps

2nd that, you should feel them tighten when you "lock" it in. If you can I would jack the front end up and check it out.
