they had meaning, they were hot they were steaming
anyone who thought they could take you on were dreaming
remember those guys who thought they could take us on
we sat there and laughed at their song
that was one time where you really lit up the sky
we hit them from all angles we were so sly
you said you barely hadta try
i know as well as you that was a lie

every time i was in trouble
falling over in the rubble
you were there for me
you showed me how to see
the world in a different view
you tought me how to rap and rhyme too
