Anyone know what kind of performance (0-60, 1/8, 1/4) to expect from a properly done 2jz or 7mgte swap into this '01 Tacoma TRD?

i would put some meats on there and go off roading if i were you, screw 1/4 times... just what i would do though. as for times... thats a good question, what kind of times could we expect... Whats the weight diferrence between that and MKIV? and i think you'll need more weight on the back wheels for better traction.

Haven't bought it yet, but I'm starting to miss my S-10... That thing was sweet. And I always wanted something like a Syclone, only reliable. I think it weighs somewhere around 2900 lbs. And yeah I found a guy who did a 2jz into a single cab Tacoma, and had serious tire spin problems.
