hey is ther anything wrong with paypal? i was supposed to be refunded money but its not showing up on my bank account or my paypall account

No, nothing is wrong. You just will have a balance in your paypal account. If you need that moeny in the bank you have to access your paypal account and send the money from their. They do not charge a fee but they also can write you a check of the balance for a fee but if I were you I would just keep the balance in your paypal account because when you pay someone the person does not have to wait because it will usually take 2-4 days for the transfer.
