I'm the service manager at a shop (3 techs) that specializes in smog repairs. The owner (and lead tech) has a great rep for figuring out the hard cases. Many other shops refer to us when they get stumped. Now that customer becomes mine for life, as we fixed their car when other could not.

I love my job...9 to 5...M-F. Everyone gets along great.
