MTN roads
I drive a lot of mustangs at the shop, most are v6. They have lots of bottom end torque, so they holeshot very good.
But.....they are very sloppy on the curves. Set up the race on a very windy road. Do you have TEMS?? If so, set it to sport, and you can take that mustang. Practice driving fast on curvy roads first. Learn how the backend feels, and when it will break loose (spinout).
