The cars raced at bathurst were Turbo-A Spec Mark 3 Supras, which came with 7M-GTEU motors. (Special Turbo-A spec, produced 267bhp stock). Guess what car won bathurst in 1991? (year before skyline won).
Here's the Japanese Group-A touring car, also a Turbo-A. www.turbo-a.net I'll take this oppertunity to hijack this thread - heres my very own Turbo-A. Mine currently has 272rwkw - 364bhp through a T78 and 7M-GTEU. (Still only pushin 0.8 bar) |
