1) The stock speedometers on any car are not totally accurate so a few mph difference is not a big deal.

I believe those tires are the about the stock...
I believe those tires are the about the stock size so your speedo should still be good.
FYI - In the future if you ever go bigger...some of those web sites for tire size calculators can tell you...
