If it was replaced right, and the head was machined the factory gasket will last you a long time. Especially if you baby it.
Most of the time on these type of boards you will get the worst out...

Too high boost pressure due to a disabled waste...
Too high boost pressure due to a disabled waste gate could definetly cause this code. I would reset and not worry about it, unless it comes back, then take out your spacers and see if it comes back...

That type of slipping is usually an internal problem with on of the clutches. I would take it back to the tranny shop and get them to fix it under warranty.
