if your doors are unlocked you can just get a new ignition that will come with new keys, but you`ll have to change your locks, and the keys wont match... i had a car like that once, not a supra...

transmission switch

Try putting it in neutral and then starting, could be a switch on your transmission. I had a similar problem on my mazda protege.
