Hey Guys!
hey, i'm new here and i decided i might as well start of right by posting pics of my ride. it's nothing special yet, and it's also my first car, but i have plans for it.
sorry for the bad pics. i mostly joined to get advice on doing mods to my car such as good brands for parts, good deals, and advice for when i actually do the mods. i plan on doing some engine and suspension mods as well as a tranny swap and some bodywork. |

Re: Hey Guys
Hey you make it sound like you're not getting attention. Actually, I find this forum filled with info. and lots of cool members here who shares the same interests you and I have, just be patient. Congrats bythe way in getting your first ride, an '83 mk2. Not bad at all for a 25 yrs. old toy, going 26 this year, a classic car. I'm sure you have nice plans for it. Keep in touch, I can share some ideas on what you need for your ride.

thanks for the reply. i wasn't trying to sound rude. i'm just used to forums where when you post a thread you have 20 replies in 10 minutes. that's all.

it's got about 170k miles. i plan on rebuilding the engine, swapping the tranny for a 5-speed, upgrading the suspension/ getting it lowered, beef up the drivetrain, new paint job, new exhaust, and eventually, the Rabid Chimp MKII turbo kit.
