my 90 7mgte Targa 5spd
Traded this straight up for my 87 lifted K10 about a week ago.
KYB struts, Eibach springs, FMIC, Greddy turbo timer, HKS MHG, Greddy timing belt, Full 3" exhaust, APEXi CAI, 18" wheels (wider in the rear) also original 16's for the winter, Panasonic in dash DVD player, Alpine White W/ House of Kolor Lazuli Blue all under a couple coats of clear, HID healdights, Autometer C2 boostgauge indash, Tial BOV(not in picture), not sure what brand or even if it's original but it has an offset hoodscoop, stock 8psi and that's about it. |

vary nice, but need a pic under hud too.the scop is a teas. i love it.reminds me of what mine looked like.

Heres what she looks like now....not the prettiest, but not a ding on her. paint is comin in the spring after the road salt from winter goes away lol. and heres an older shot of the engine bay, ive got a Tial BOV now and some different piping but it's still just as clean. thanks for checkin it out

oh yea
Oh, and also over the winter I'm going to get some sheet steel from work and actually make some really flat ducting that hugs the hood to make the scoop fully functional as a turbo cooling device like the Subaru's i work on have. I think it'll be a nice little finishing touch for when i have the hood up......and down for that fact haha.

yea i do....it doesn't fit as well as i would like but it's better than the factory accordion hose.

intake
i think its mainly due to the silicone hose on the turbo side but i had to cut the silicone out a bit cuz the pipes bend doesnt allow it to go straight onto the turbo its kind of at and angle. basically it just always bothers me that it come out of the silicone hose at either the turbo end or the MAF end. although it never has it just doesnt seem to fit right.

so it actually slides off sometimes? does it have all the hose fittings the stock one had?? where did u get it?

no i said it hasnt come off yet just seems and looks like it would. and it came on the car when i bought it. yes it has all the hose fittings for the pcv and whatnot
