My 89 Supra

wow, its been a while since i've posted. as you all know, i did get the new motor for the car, but guess what? i ran out of money!!! as do most people when they are working on their car. anyways, i am getting ready to purchase bearings (rods, mains, thrustwasher) and rings. any suggestions to which brand i should use?

God, it's been a while since I've been on this site. I kind of miss it! Anyways, I'm finally getting to a point to where I can start saving up money for my baby. Once I track down a vacant engine stand, I am going to start tearing the motor that I bought and assess the damage that the previous owner did to the motor. Anyways, seeing as how I am a noob when it comes to the 7M, I'm just wondering: what's the best way to go about this? What should I do to the motor while it is torn down? and last, What's the best gasket set I should go with?

It's not a problem, Just simply weight reduction" 1989 Toyota Supra Turbo-Picked it up for $150 *Thrown rod* *7M-GTE Full motor with rod knock- $400* *The time it is taking me to get off my ass to actually build the car- Priceless*
