My 91 7M Turbo

Hi I'm Ivan I have a 91 Supra turbo 3.0 (7M-GTE). It's stock and I added A Greddy Porfec A boost controller. This weekend I was at a show (Rotorstock) and there was a rolling road there. I put the car up to test the HP and TQ. The out come was not good. I showed HP at 197.7 at 5323rpm and 206.6 TQ at 4504rpm. THis run was at 1.0 bar of boost (I think thats around 14 psi?). The guys testing my car said "that boost was falling off after 5300 rpm". I wanted to know if any one has the same problem?
