Do-Luck type 2 body kit. easy to put on as it fits like a glove.

cheers all. i'm having no luck with the front bumper though. It got damaged first on the way from japan. i fixed it 230 euro cost. Then a few days later I caught coming down a steep driveway into the road another 150 euro to fix. Then two days later last tuesday i parked outside work and a dick in a truck reversed into it while getting out his parking spot and drove away. yet to fix as i'm too pissed off. I'd nearly have bought a brand new bumper from do-luck for the cost of repairing it over and over.

story time!

Im driving along all happy and this doosh hits me in the parkinglot:mad:. if you checked out my cardomain you would know about it. NOT MY FAULT! Anyway his expensive insurance company takes care of it and i get a whole new bumper with fresh paint:) . the front of the car looked better than it did before he hit me after it was fixed:) x2.

Couple weeks later i park in the bowling alleys parkinglot (far away as usual) and SOMEONE DID A HIT AND RUN ON ME:rant:. my new bumper ....got screwed. the paint cracked and flaked off where the stress points were at. now we all know paint just doesnt 'flake' off of the primer. I took it back into the guy who painted it and he blamed it on the primer company so the primer company paid for another paintjob.

it just got painted and hopefully it stays crack/flake/crash free

very sexy looking mk3. that is the body the mk3 should have. sucks about the bumper, its nice as shit. should post pics of the interior, love the rh supees. also what other plans do you have for it?

I may increase the boost a little but nothing crazy as i drive her to work and it starts to get expensive especially with petrol prices over here now ay 1.20 euro a litre thats about 1.50 usd i reckon. I might spend a few bob on the interior. I was thinking about getting the dash board and the doors retrimmed in black alcantara and also the pillars, all the plastic stuff really and the gear shift boot and the handbrake boot. then get the recaros done in red/black alcantara. may be costly though but I know of a polish dude who's done his own car and a mates car all on his own and did a fantastic job all in red leather. i will try and ask him this week if possible.

nice whip, love the rims too, how much do they weigh?

cuz i jus picked up the stock rims off my car and they to my suprise they wasnt that heavy

7mgte Engine Needed!!!!
 

Hi every one. Im currently looking for an engine for my 1990 7mgte. The big end bearings went on me recently and caused a whole pile of damage. Its costing to much to overhaul + i want the car going for the rally of the lakes in killarney in may. I've looked on ebay and can get an engine from england for 850euro with no ancillaries, which i thought was very expensive. Can anybody point me in the direction of an engine in ireland and reasonably priced??:help::x:
