Where is this vacuum line saposed to connect to?
coming from the bottom of the accordian hose. So i am guessing then, that this vacuum line is not routed properly? or is it? If not what plugs into the metal line that comes out of the bottom of the charcoal canister

I don't think it's actually on the p-stump.
I think it's a bit lower and in that immediate area. But I drive an n/a so I could be mistaken. |

The pipe on the charcoal canister should just vent into the air but it connects to a small hole in the frame. That is how it was on both of my 87 Turbos and also the peice that is broken is on the Powersteering pump is a valve that will go bad after some time. Is your powersteering hard or does your ps pump make noise?
