Default Having Trouble Removing the Steering Wheel

Hi all, When removing the steering wheel after you remove the 19mm bolt behind the face, how do you remove the steering wheel? Its splined but it wont budge, does anyone have any ideas to help remove it? I have the steering wheel that has the cruise control buttons on the 9 and 3 o'clock positions.

Also, I found the reason my cruise control doesn't work, its because there is no plug for it behind the face, the buttons have the harness that should connect to a plug under the wheel, but there is only a plug for the horn, has anyone else ran into this?

Thanks.

Put the nut back on a few threads and yank on the steering wheel like crazy. Move the seat up some and put your feet on the firewall and pull hard. The reason I say to put the nut back on a little is you don't want it smacking you in the face when it finally busts loose.

lol, yea. I stopped by the local auto parts store, they had a steering wheel puller, and when I used it it popped off, but luckily it didn't hit me in the face.

Thanks.
