Catalytic Converter
I have to get a new Cat, and I hear that the Magnaflow cat is the way to go. What is the stock piping size for the exhaust system? 2.5? Also, does anyone know of good stores that sell the cat for a good price? Im in Canada so its gonna cost me a bit more for it, so Im looking for a good store online, but i cant seem to find one.

So I should just go with a stock cat instead of getting a magnaflow one? I think the stock inlet and outlets are 2.5, or am I wrong?
why would you knock out the honeycomb insulation? I thought the insulation filtered out the emissions. |

yea I live in Van, and I just went through emissions the other week. and the scores were worse than the previous year. So its time for a new cat. Im going to get the magnaflow one, i have heard good opinions about it.

You buy a new cat and gut it because in the US if the Highway patrol pops his head under your car and sees a test pipe he'll either cut you a fix it ticket if hes a nice guy or he'll impound your car.
