Weather Stripping
So the weather stripes around all my windows look like crap. Some are discolord, some cracked, and some got sanded while i was sanding the paint off my Supra. I was wondering if any one knows where to get new weatherstipping? Possibly in a complete set? Thanks for any help.

I have looked into this. The only place that sells weather stripping is the dealership. They are NOT cheap. For the rear quarter panel windows and hatch window, it's $555.

Why yes it is. If you find it for cheaper, let me know. I need it. The previous owner of my car put electrical tape over the weather stripping.

I went to the toyota dealership recently and bought a hatch seal and was going to get the window top seals but to my dismay they were going to backorder with no estimate of when they would ever ship. But the hatch seal was 69.95 if anyone knows who makes a window seal I would be very happy to get one but till then I am looking into making them and seling them for all us supra guys that cant find them.

I am thinking about making them out of somthing a little stronger but not to strong to bust the window just need to get a form from my old ones. carbon fiber would look cool but hehe prolly would seal well but would be original to say the least. and by the way I just got back from a better toyota store and they had the upper window weatherstips for 73 dollars a peice ouch. guess you got to pay to play.

Try ebay. I got a rear hatch seal that was in great condition for 20 bucks or so. There are alway people parting out stuff on there. Just another option.
