how many work in the automotive field?
was just wandering how many of you all work on cars on a day to day basis. i know thats how i spend my day im a manager of a fast lube shop. i have for for thie company for over 8 years now.

I'm a "Lube Tech" at SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune-up. I'm not getting paid enough so I'm probably going to work somewhere else soon.

i used to work at an automotive repair shop, but i dont work there anymore. and i think its applicable to this thread cus thats where i found my supra.

well im 17 and dont work in the field. i actually plan on becommign a state trooper. but i do take auto classes, 3 periods of my school day. and i just work o nthem whenever i can. i love cars, but it is not my chosen profession.

im the "go-to" guy at Jiffy lube.. wich means when someone screws something up and they need it to be fixed, i fix it. im a regular tech at the same time though... but like say someones doing a tire rotation, and strips a stud.. i replace it etc.

lol.... I'm the lead tech at a GMC,Pontiac,Buick dealership in Commerce Ga.
I've been working there for close to three years since I graduated from NGTC technical college in Clarkesville GA. |
