My suggestion would be to learn how to build a fast car without NOS as a crutch for winning, but that's just personal preference.

The N/A engine handles nitrous pretty well due to the higher compression pistons. But if your going to put a NOS on it without a rebuild, it'll be like pushing a self destruct button. Remember, the car is a Toyota Supra. It's been beat on by the owners, unless you bought it from a grandma, but even on the days she was late to her bridge game she floored it and beat on it.

i had a NX kit on mine spraying a 75 shot stock internals but i ran a wet kit. i recommend you running a wet kit, it didn't give me any problems. then i took off my nitrous and went turbo and blew my motor. i think if you want to spary start low w/ like a 35 shot then move to a 50 shot and if you want more go up from there but you may not want to go more than 75.

if your gonna do a rebuild and not rev higher than stock you don't have to change your valvetrain (valves, retainer. ect), the head could just be left alone if it is still in good shape. for the block rebuild i would get new pistons that are forged and high compression if you r going to stay n/a, then bore alittle, but not too much makes cylinder walls week. for the rods you could probably use the stock rods after recondition or get them shoppined. hone your block out put the pistons and rods in w/ the stock crank and aftermarket bearings and your good to go.

when my supra was n/a nos, i rebuilt mine w/ stock bore but aftermarket pistons and my compression was round 10.5:1. i used my stock rods and reconditioned them, aftermarket bearings, and stock crank. then i just honed my block out, the car lasted 2yrs on 75 shot w/ me spraying like crazy. i was gonna do 100 shot but went turbo and blew my motor. my supporting mods were full race port on the head, my head was also rebuilt w/ 5 angle valve job, w/ 440ccs, safc, fpr and i think that was pretty much it besides just the basic bolt-ons
