Check your tranny and make sure the bolts holding the hydraulic piston are good and snug. Mabey it's pushing away from the fork instead of compressing it?

Have you bled the clutch? Low on fluid? Find out where the fluid is coming from. Is there any fluid on top of the pedal or coming from the top of the pedal?

not sure if you know, but the r154s have a pull type clutch as opposed to the push style in the w58, i just recently figured that out. lol.

May be air in the lines, but also may be a leak. So check the level and check for leaks.
