IJZ or 2JZ swap

I have a 1989 NA supra non turbo. I killed a rod bearing and most likely pistons in the car. I have the chance to rebuild my 7MGE for like $1800. This doesn't include the price I'd be paying for a metal head gasket since it will probably go anyways.

I could always get a 7MGTE for $1200 plus installation fees ...?

I was thinking of go full out power though, the 2JZTTE comes with everything including auto tranny, pretty sure it needs motor mounts too, all this for like $2200.

The 1JZTTE comes with everything but needs a wire harness and that is $1400.

Which one do you think would be a better idea?

I also need to get my other engine and all parts out.

As far as pricing goes how much will each engine cost installed, and any needed parts or suggestions would help so so much.

7MGTE = $$ ??
1JZTTE = $$??
2JZTTE = $$??
