i just recentlly picked up a new 7mgte. want to upgrade some stuff before i put it in. i want to get a cold air intake and i want the intake to lead to were the battery is. im not sure of any companies that offer this type of a part so if anyone knows were i can get one let me know. i also want to upgrade the exhaust manifold, turbo (want a little bigger turbo and i think its called a ball bearing turbo), and a new o2/ downpipe and a 4" exhaust with no cat. so if someone can tell me were to find these parts and if there good or not let me know. thanks, loc

wow thats quite a list. id recomment startin out getting all the supporting mods for the big turbo: intake filter, lex maf, exhaust(3" is what im gonna get), injectors, walbro fuel pump, spark plugs, and wires. im sure with those there you'd get a good amount of power.

How much money do you have to work with? You need to find someone to do the front facing intake. You won't find any performance shops that carry them.
And do what j3pz said. A 4" exhaust is a little overkill. The biggest I'd go is maybe 3. If you get a dual ball bearing turbo, you'll need to reduce the oil feed line and increase the oil return line on the turbo. Too much oil will kill that kind of turbo. Just look into an upgraded CT26 for right now. Maybe a 57 trim. There's no need to upgrade the exhaust manifold unless it's cracked or something. They can hold quite a bit of power. |

i dont believe they are bb so my guess is journal??? i dunno, but a 57 trim ct26 is a decent upgrade. sure its not the biggest or baddest turbo, but its nothing to shack a stick at either. ill prolly go with a 57 when im ready to upgrade.

It's a journal and a 57 trim ct26 is a pretty badass turbo. It'll get you up past 400HP with enough boost and fuel. It'll probably be your best bet. It's fairly cheap and its a bolt on turbo because it uses the stock housing. It's $625 from MDCMotorsports.com. Driftmotion.com also offers this rebuild.
