You need a rebuild bud. It shouldn't go below 120 psi nor should it be above a 15 psi difference among the 6 cylinders.

I kno the feeling. If you have the cash, rebuild it. A chance to install forged internals.

abhattan
did you do any prep to that engine as in "metal head gasket " before you added all that extra boost ?
i'm just curious
i can't imagine you're only getting 10 lbs are you guessing ?
do you have a real boost gauge ?

I installed a mechanical boost gauge and then shimmed the wastegate until I got 9-10lbs. No head gasket done yet. Thinking about doing it in a about a month or so. But could a bad head gasket cause low compression in #1 cylinder and not have any serious leaks?
