make a cardomain. go to cardomain.com and make an account. i want to see what kind of condition the car is in before i can start recommending things. cant have 600 hp with a car that's falling apart.

Like dcrusupra said, you'll need to start with a well-maintained Mkiv Supra Turbo, in very good running order. You should also do compression & leakdown tests on it to ensure the engine is 'healthy' enough to single-turbo. Of course, be sure to budget enough $ to keep your car properly maintained - a full synthetic oil change costs $50+ and a set of tires can be $1K or more (the z-rated rubber can last as little as 10,000 miles). I'm not sure how long you've had your '97TT, but properly maintaining an Mkiv TT costs like a Ferrari (and not a Celica)...
