If the 3 nuts holding the downpipe onto the O2 housing are stripped to a circle like you said (you have to be a real dummy to do that, not saying you, but the people that shipped it to you) then take off the 4 nuts holding the O2 housing to the turbine housing. They are 14mm and use some penetrating oil on them. Work them back and forth so you don't snap the studs, because they will be partly seized, I can bet you that.

And I saw your post for parts wanted, and I saw your bent power steering reservoir line. That is not your pump, the pump has the belt on it.
