simple and best method is do it yourself, get the original interior parts, remove them, cut the fixings from them and then remake them in fibreglass, then you can make whatever custom parts you want...

yeah its a common problem for them to come loose, tightening them back down should work but if they are really loose then maybe a quick replacement of the screws would work

i aint 100% sure about where your oil is coming...

i aint 100% sure about where your oil is coming from by what you say but if its the cam covers on the top of the engine held down with the cross screws then its quite normal for these to shake loose...
