I will try to post a picture of the complete setup today...

After taking a close look at the wires (only 6 or 7 long wires) and vac hoses I believe I may be able to get a start on figuring this...

Not sure what a VAC selenoid is... may not have them. Is that going to make a difference? Do I have to have them?

Yeah, I tried google too. I can't find instructions for any other makers fuzzy controllers either.

Purchased a fuzzy logic boost controller... with no instructions. Can anyone help?

Here is the info on it. The litte control module says FBC (fuzzy boost controller) Made by Autolook Motor...
