No the engine actually cuts off. The power steering goes and everything. I literally have to restart the car. The power (radio, headlights, etc.) stays on. It's odd. Either way, I bought it off ebay...

Well, I was actually wondering if a bad turbo could be the cause? I've never owned a turbo before so I wouldn't really know for sure, on the contrary it does boost up to 5-6 psi still... so maybe...
