Coming out of the wiring harness, by the thermostat housing, is a spade connector, it is heavily wrapped in insulated protection, so i assume it must go to, or be routed by the exhaust...

Stud 3" below Oil filter
so coming out of the block is a stud, maybe 1,75 inches long, 3 inches below and slightly forward of the oil filter. I have no idea what it is for, anyone help me out?

Can you add trans fluid to the W58 through the shifter hole in the top. i've done it through the side hole before, but it was a PITA. it would be real easy to just dump it in through the hole before...
