Question looking to buy a supra, like this picture

Hi

im new here first of all. so hi to everyone.

Im not into rides honestly, but i always loved this supra.

i found the pic on the web, but i actually wanna be exactly the same car.

anyone has any idea which kit its using?

I really dont know the technicals, performance-wise stuff about cars.

i would really appreciate it if someone can give me more details about the picture. model, kit, ...etc
also how much do u think this car is worth?

I'd say to get one stock and do the work yourself, you'll have more pride in the car.

A website for what? Parts? Or to find the cars?

I guess it's not everyone who's broke like me hehe.

That car is the 4th generation of supra, wich is from 1993 to 2002. It comes with 2 different engine, one is called the 2jz-ge (6 inline cylinders,3litres non-turbo 220 hp~) and the other is a 2jz-gte , same engine but turbo... so it can develop 276 hp stock. It can come with 5 speed or 6 speed manual transmission or just 4 speed automatic.

Look for them in autotrader or other magazines like that I'm sure you can find a cupple of them there.

If you have the money, go for it!

i would go for stock and do it myself, but i dont have experience on how to modify/upgrade the engine and so on.

i would like to get the 1998 TT Auto.

what is the difference between 1998 and the earlier?

"For 1998, the radio and steering wheel were redesigned once again."

That is wikipedia's answer to your question :P

if 30k is within your budget, id recommend just finding a slightly modded tt and have someone put the body kit on. if you wanna learn about the car, buy a few simple boltons and put them on yourself (i.e. intake, exhaust, wheels) and anything more that you dont think you can handle, take it somewhere.

This site mostly caters to the United States but it’s a start and kind of fun to look through. If nothing else it should give you an idea of how much you will be spending.

http://www.supratraderonline.com/
As far as finding on in your neck of the woods I would just search for any Performance Car Trader in Google or something like that.

A Supra itself will cost 25 ( high miles and in good shape ) or 35 ( low miles and in good shape ).

www.mvpmotorsports.com

TRD Hood $1850 Original $850 Replica
Seibon Hood ( TRD Style ) $675 Original
Do Luck Front $850 Original
C West Side $500 Original
C West Rear $300 Original
RMM Wing $600 Original
RMM Wing Carbon $570 Original
Wheels are around 2000.
TOTAL $6100 Max in Exterior Parts

I'd say a good 35 or 40 thousand dollars.
