A/C fuse keeps blowing - WTF

Well not only do I have lovely power steering issues, the freakin 15 amp a/c fuses keeps blowing every few days. WTF? Anybody know what could cause a repeat of a blown fuse? Sounds like another way...

I find it amazing they cant just replace a tie...

I find it amazing they cant just replace a tie rod seal and throw a new bushing on this. Another shop quoted me 800 bucks. I need to become a mechanic.
